A few years ago, when I was working as a photographer for Men’s London Fashion Week, I had the opportunity to discover a building in the middle of the city that offered a fantastic story and a marvellous space. That’s why I decided to focus on it on my final Architecture Thesis. With more than 300 000 sq ft, the Old Sorting Office offers a total of three basements and seven floors above ground, that I turn into a hybrid program of food & arts & crafts market, workshops, workspaces, festival venue, restaurant, exhibition and a top roof chill out. The main objective was to create a social arts and creative centre that would connect the existent market and arts zones in London.
